ZuFa User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ZuFa. These terms form an agreement between you and the ZuFa team regarding your access to and use of the ZuFa mobile application, related in-app features, support communications, and legal pages.

By downloading, opening, purchasing content in, or using ZuFa, you agree to this User Agreement and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What ZuFa Is

ZuFa is a review workflow simulator. It is designed to let users practice and experience a structured manual review process, including reviewing queued submissions, inspecting images and metadata, making approve or reject decisions, viewing verdict feedback, and moving approved items into an approved gallery.

ZuFa is a simulation and productivity-style practice tool. It is not a real marketplace, moderation service, employment platform, legal review tool, compliance system, or official app review service.

ZuFa is not affiliated with Apple Inc., App Store Connect, or any real app review, content moderation, or commerce approval process. Any references to review desks, submissions, stamps, SLAs, verdicts, or galleries are part of the simulated experience.

3. Review Desk Features

The app may include features such as a review queue of submissions, a review desk, metadata cards, submission images, an SLA-style timer, verdict result screens, approved gallery views, and closeout-style report screens.

Some submissions, metadata fields, anomalies, verdict hints, images, and review outcomes may be generated, synthesized, locally stored, or otherwise prepared for simulation. They are provided for app interaction and training-like entertainment, not as factual claims about real products, people, accounts, or transactions.

You are responsible for how you interpret simulated review feedback. ZuFa does not guarantee that any review result, automated hint, anomaly highlight, or verdict recommendation is correct, complete, or suitable for real-world moderation or business decisions.

4. Virtual Coins and Paid Review Aids

ZuFa may offer optional consumable in-app purchases that add virtual coins to your in-app balance. Coins are used only inside ZuFa to unlock individual premium review actions, such as highlighting possible anomalies, showing an auto-verdict hint, extending the review timer, or reshuffling review metadata.

• Each paid review action displays its coin cost before you confirm the deduction.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn.
• Coins and paid actions are tied to the app environment where they are delivered and may not transfer between accounts, devices, installations, or platforms except where Apple or the app environment supports that behavior.
• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process and applicable law.

5. User Content and Local Review Data

Depending on your app version and device settings, ZuFa may allow you to create, import, review, or interact with images, generated submissions, metadata, decisions, and review history. You are responsible for content you add to the app and for ensuring that you have the right to use it.

You grant ZuFa the limited right to process your in-app content only as needed to provide the app's features on your device, such as displaying submissions, saving review status, showing an approved gallery, and maintaining coin or review-aid state.

Do not use ZuFa to store or process unlawful, harmful, abusive, private, or sensitive content unless you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ZuFa or interfere with its intended operation. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, bypass coin confirmation flows, manipulate purchase delivery, exploit bugs, disrupt StoreKit transactions, or use the app to violate another person's rights.

You also agree not to present simulated ZuFa verdicts as official decisions from Apple, an app store, a regulator, an employer, a marketplace, or any real review authority.

7. Intellectual Property

ZuFa, including its interface, workflows, text, visual design, icons, generated forms, review mechanics, and software code, is owned by the ZuFa team or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ZuFa on compatible devices through the App Store.

8. Privacy

Your use of ZuFa is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed, how local review data and virtual currency records are handled, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Apple may process purchase, download, device, diagnostic, and App Store account information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update ZuFa to add, change, rebalance, or remove features, review-aid costs, simulated data, product offerings, interface elements, or legal terms. If we make material changes to this Agreement, we will update the effective date and make the revised version available through the app or related legal pages.

Your continued use of ZuFa after an updated Agreement becomes available means you accept the updated terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ZuFa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ZuFa team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, coins, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using ZuFa at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or restrict access to features, if necessary to protect the app, users, payment systems, legal compliance, or the integrity of the simulated review experience.
